All tenants are interviewed personally by the building manager, and are accompanied through your apartment rather than simply handing out keys to allow inspections. 

We are able to monitor rent payments daily and immediately follow up late payments as we work near the tenant.

We are able to observe who is coming and going from the complex and your apartment.

We are able to keep better control of any maintenance issues that might occur in our apartments. Becuase our tenants see us all the time, they inform us of maintenace issues more often, and consequently we inspect the apartment more often. 

We are able to supervise tradepeople working on your apartment.

We have the ability to supervise movement of furnitire into and out of the building. This allows better damage control of common areas and apartments. 

We sit on the Body Corporate Committee. This keeps us fully informed of important matters relating to the building. We help the committee set financial budgets to keep the building well maintained to ensure future growth in value. 

Cleaning Service - We offer all our residents a weekly cleaning service. This allows better "preventative maintenance" on your property.
