Real Property Consultants Pty Ltd (RPC) is a family owned property management company. We specialise in residential building management, or put more simply…….we are onsite building managers! From our onsite office, we manage all the day to day caretaking duties. We are also the exclusive onsite letting agent, which allows us to manage any rentals in the complex. 

Landlords
We ensure that our landlords have minimal hassles with the management of their property. We are focused on maximizing the return on their investment along with ensuring professional property management. We assure open and timely communication with all of our owners to keep them informed with every important matter relating to their investment. . 

We pride ourselves in the ability to service rental properties with professionalism from being critically selective in obtaining the right tenant, to ensuring rent is received on time. We guarantee, that we will do our ‘very best’ to care for our landlords investment. 

Residents
Our residents / tenants are just as important to us. These are the people we see every day. We aim to make their lives as simple as possible when it comes to their home. We ensure everything is in order and working well to create a desirable living environment.

Body Corporate
We are responsible for all onsite caretaking matters, including cleaning of common areas, gardening and supervision of all services with the complex. We work closely with our body corporate committees’ to ensure the buildings appearance and common areas are maintained to the highest standard. We help set financial budgets to ensure future maintenance is put in place which inturn maintains the value of the building.
